Dispute Resolution Process

Should an invoice be disputed, this is queried internally by the Accounts Payable team with the Purchasing department where a purchase order is in place, or with the Cost Centre owner to resolve for non-PO items. Should this not be possible, the Supplier will be notified of the query with the aim of providing assistance to avoid late payment.
