THE PINNACLE LEARNING TRUST exhibits a trend of generally prompt payment, with an average payment time of 28 days. A significant 77% of payments are completed within 30 days, indicating a consistent operational capacity for timely invoice processing. This pattern suggests a stable trajectory for meeting standard payment terms for the majority of transactions.
Despite the generally prompt average, a notable 33% of payments are classified as late, introducing a degree of volatility. This includes 17% extending to 31-60 days and 6% exceeding 60 days, which can impact cash flow predictability for a supplier. While extreme delays over 60 days are less frequent, the overall late payment percentage indicates some unreliability in consistent adherence to initial terms.
THE PINNACLE LEARNING TRUST is a moderately reliable payer, with a strong probability of payment within 30 days for most invoices, but a tangible risk of delays for a third of transactions. Suppliers should factor in the 33% likelihood of late payment when managing cash flow projections. Consider monitoring outstanding invoices proactively and having clear terms for extended payments to mitigate potential cash flow disruptions.

Any other information about payment terms
Our figure for 'payments due which were not disputed, but which were not paid within the payment terms is distorted for the reporting period for the following reasons: (i) We received a number of legacy utility bills for two schools which recently converted to academies and joined our organisation. (ii) Amazon invoice issuance is sometimes irregular, so while we have initiated approval procedures upon receipt of invoice, the invoice dates contribute to a higher percentage.
