Queries should be sent to purchases@catch-22.org.uk. Once notified the Finance team will endeavour to resolve the issue with the internal purchaser and the supplier, if a satisfactory resolution is not reached the dispute will be escalated to our Deputy Chief Executive. We also have a separate complaints policy, any complaints can be sent to feedback@catch-22.org.uk for investigation.
