Dispute Resolution Process

Invoice disputes would be initially directed to the Non-Stock and Stock Accounts Payable teams within Finance. They can be contacted via phone or via dedicated email addresses. The initial point of contact is the Accounts Payable Assistant and if required, the escalation points are the Accounts Payable Manager and Head of Financial Control. The Accounts Payable teams work closely and constructively with our suppliers and key business contacts to ensure any queries or payment disputes are resolved promptly and to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
