Any dispute, controversy or claim shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Section 20. The seat of arbitration shall be London, UK. The tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators, with the claimant and the respondent each nominating a single arbitrator respectively. The third arbitrator, who shall be the chairman of the tribunal, shall be nominated by the two party-nominated arbitrators within 30 days of the last of their appointments. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
