Without prejudice to any other legal right or remedy, if any dispute arises in connection with this Purchase Order, the parties shall negotiate in good faith and settle amicably any dispute that may arise out of or related to this Purchase Order. any dispute shall be referred first by notice in writing to a senior representative of each party who shall meet and endeavour to resolve the dispute between them within one (1) month of such notice. The joint written decision of those senior representatives shall be binding on the parties.
