Queries regarding the status of an invoice can be directed to the Accounts Payable Team via the following email address; supplieraccounts@scottishpower.com. Additionally we also offer a web portal service that allows suppliers the ability to register and then login and view the status of their invoices and when they will be paid. To register for the web portal please use the following website; https://www.iberdrola.com/webprovc/register/register.action For specific contractual disputes please contact the individual who initially ordered the goods or services provided. The agreed contractual dispute process will then be followed.
