Dispute Resolution Process
The Company will notify suppliers of any invoice disputes and will endeavour to resolve disputes by mutual agreement as quickly as possible. Once any issues are resolved invoices are paid according to the relevant agreed terms. If a dispute is not successfully resolved within 30 days of receipt of an invoice, the invoice will be prioritised for referral to senior management for review and guidance. Where agreement cannot be readily reached, supplier will be asked to credit disputed amounts / items to allow for undisputed amounts to be paid pending resolution of any disputed amounts. If discussions thereafter are unsuccessful, then the dispute will be resolved by reference to arbitration or courts (as specified in the contract).
