Standard payment terms
NET 30 is our standard payment term based on the invoice received date. There are vendors that are set up with an early payment discount structure as these are negotiated at the time the contract is put in place with the vendor and/or when they have requested early payment at the time they are set up as an approved vendor. The most frequent term is NET30. New vendor set ups will be set at NET45. All new vendors are required to sign forms agreeing to these terms.

Transocean Onshore Support Services Limited is a UK-registered company based in Aberdeen, forming part of the Transocean group, a global offshore drilling contractor operating ultra-deepwater and harsh-environment rigs worldwide. Its registered activity is classified as support services for petroleum and natural gas extraction, consistent with providing onshore administrative or operational support to the wider Transocean drilling business rather than operating rigs itself. The parent group, Transocean Ltd, designs, maintains and deploys offshore drilling rigs for oil and gas exploration and production clients across regions including the North Sea, providing rig-based well construction services. This entity's role sits within that group structure, supporting its UK and North Sea operations from Aberdeen.
