We pass the disputes to our supply chain department to liaise with the vendor to try and resolve the issue(s) and if an edit or update to our purchase order is required, our supply chain department will make the changes to allow our Accounts Payable department to process the invoice(s). If there is no change required to our purchase order then the vendor would have to re-submit their invoice to agree to our purchase order
