Dispute Resolution Process

If the trust receives an invoice which it reasonably believes includes a sum which is not valid and properly due, or any other inaccuracy which renders the invoice invalid, then the contractor/supplier will be notified as soon as reasonably practical. If there is any undisputed element, the trust will pay this by the due date. Once the dispute has been resolved, where either party is required to make a balancing payment, it shall do so within 5 working days and, where the contractor/supplier is required to issue a credit note and/or fresh invoice, it shall do so within 5 working days.
