Dispute Resolution Process
We require all invoices to be sent to our specified email address with a valid PO number. If an invoice does not have a valid PO then the invoice is returned to the company until they have received one, this is to be clearly stated on the invoice. If there is a query with the invoice it will not be processed for payment until the issue has been resolved. If the problem is with the supplier we will request a new invoice. If it is our issue we will endeavour to process payment as quickly as possible.
