Where a vendor needs to query an invoice for payment, they will first need to either: contact the buyer directly or; contact our accounts payable team by phone or by email (apemdl@PROGRESSRAIL.com) and this will be investigated as applicable with a view to responding ASAP. Where an invoice is received but not paid within EMD’s standard terms, this will be because the invoice is in query/dispute. In this instance the AP team will not post the invoice and will forward the relevant query (i.e. price query/receipting query) to the person responsible for the purchase order or the AP team will reach out to the supplier if further information is required.
