Company Review

Trend Analysis

ON-HIRE LIMITED demonstrates an average payment time of 26 days, with 61% of payments settled within 30 days. However, a significant 38% of invoices are paid within the 31-60 day period, indicating a tendency for a substantial portion of obligations to extend beyond a typical 30-day term. Only 1% of payments exceed 60 days, suggesting a consistent pattern of resolving most invoices within two months.

Volatility Analysis

The company exhibits very low payment volatility, with only 1% of payments extending beyond 60 days and an overall late payment rate of just 3%. This profile indicates a high degree of reliability and predictability, as suppliers can confidently anticipate payment within a 30-60 day window for nearly all transactions. The minimal incidence of extremely delayed or late payments suggests a stable and trustworthy payment behavior.

Summary Analysis

ON-HIRE LIMITED presents a generally favorable payment risk profile, characterized by prompt resolution for the majority of invoices and exceptionally low late payment rates. Suppliers should factor in the 38% of payments occurring within 31-60 days when setting payment terms, rather than solely relying on the 26-day average. Given the low 3% late payment rate, extensive risk mitigation strategies are not critically necessary, but clear terms aligning with a 30-60 day cycle would be prudent.
