These should be directed to EMEAaccountspayable@firstsentier.com or through the switchboard on 0131 473 2200 to Accounts Payable. If the payment dispute is not resolved to both parties' satisfaction, the issue would be escalated to the Senior Manager Financial Operations and/or the Vendor Contract Owner. Each payment dispute is individually considered on its own merits.
