Dispute Resolution Process
A supplier query or dispute should be directed to a member of the Finance Team to investigate. If the dispute cannot be resolved by them it will be escalated either within the Finance Team or to the relevant Tiger Aspect Productions employee who entered into the contract/received the services in order to resolve the matter. Continuing disputes are referred to the Legal Team.
