Our standard payment terms are to make payment within 30 days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice. Payment runs are always made weekly and we aim to pay invoices in the week in which they fall due. Royalty payments are made quarterly.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by them it will be escalated either within the Finance Team or to the relevant Tiger Aspect Productions employee who entered into the contract/received the services in order to resolve the matter.
