Our standard payment terms are to pay suppliers within 45 days from the end of the month in which we receive the relevant valid invoice from the supplier. Bupa seeks an amicable resolution of any supplier invoice disputes or escalations (or any other disputes). Invoices should be sent to APinvoices@bupa.com with a valid purchase order (where applicable).
