We aim to raise a dispute on an invoice within 10 days from receiving it to allow for any delay in receiving the goods. This is handled by our purchase ledger team in accounts department and any issues are raised with the relevant contact at our supplier. We aim to resolve all disputes prior to the due date of the invoice so we are able to make payment in full to our suppliers.
