Company Review

Trend Analysis

The company demonstrates a strong trend of prompt payments, with an average payment time of just 18 days. A significant 94% of invoices are consistently settled within 30 days, indicating very efficient and swift payment cycles. This establishes a highly favorable trajectory for suppliers expecting quick remuneration.

Volatility Analysis

Despite the overall promptness, a 17% late payment rate, with 2% extending beyond 60 days, introduces minor unpredictability for a small portion of transactions. While reliability is high for the majority of invoices, this small fraction of extended delays suggests a minimal, yet present, risk of occasional payment volatility. Suppliers should be aware of this minor chance of delayed settlement for certain invoices.

Summary Analysis

Overall, KUWAIT PETROLEUM INTERNATIONAL AVIATION COMPANY presents a very low payment risk, with most payments being exceptionally fast. Suppliers can confidently expect prompt payment for the vast majority of transactions, but should factor in the small likelihood of some invoices (17%) being late, with a minimal chance of extending beyond 60 days. For mitigation, clear communication of payment terms and proactive follow-up for invoices approaching 30 days are advisable.
