Dispute Resolution Process

With effect from 1 October 2023, Brown Shipley has implemented a new invoicing system and decentralised the purchase ledger function therefore each function is now responsible for processing their own invoices. If a dispute were to arise between the Supplier and Brown Shipley all communication would be made directly to the function and relationship owner with the Supplier, In the unlikely event that the dispute cannot be resolved in this manner it would be escalated to a senior member of the Finance team.
