All invoices are registered on arrival in the office Invoice queries are raised by the originating department with the supplier Disputed invoices are resolved as soon as possible with the supplier Finance keep a record of all unauthorised invoices and these are regularly notified to the authorised signatory in the originating department. Should the issue become irresolvable the Finance manager would escalate the issue to the Finance Director Legal advice may be sought at this stage.
