Stellantis UK Limited aim to resolve all invoice disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. If an invoice is rejected by Stellantis UK Limited, it is returned to the supplier with details for rejection and amendments requested. Where there are invoice disputes our Accounts Payable Team, the department / requester responsible will liaise with the supplier in order to resolve the dispute. These details are kept into our internal systems including notes as to why the invoice has not been processed until the dispute has been resolved.
