Payment Terms
Standard payment terms
All suppliers of goods and services are offered 30 day payment terms from the date of receipt of the invoice by the accounts payable team, except for other Warner Music Group companies, which have typical payment terms of 60 days. Shorter payment terms may be available by exception if agreed during the contract negotiation period. Invoices in nearly all cases will only be processed when they include reference to a valid purchase order number, invoices are then paid on weekly payment runs as they fall due. Standard terms for royalty payments are 90 days post the end of the exploitation period, standard terms for certain artist payments are 1 day after receipt.
