Company Review

Trend Analysis

The average payment time of 56 days, coupled with a 78% late payment rate, indicates a consistent trend of extended payment cycles. A substantial 72% of payments fall beyond 30 days, with over a third exceeding 60 days, suggesting a regular trajectory towards slower rather than faster settlements.

Volatility Analysis

The distribution of payments, with 36% occurring 31-60 days and another 36% over 60 days, suggests moderate predictability for delayed payments, but high volatility regarding when a late payment will clear. The 78% late payment rate signifies RPC CONTAINERS LIMITED as an unreliable payer, increasing cash flow risk for suppliers.

Summary Analysis

RPC CONTAINERS LIMITED presents a high payment risk due to its consistently slow and frequently late payment behavior. Suppliers should anticipate significant delays, requiring strong cash flow management and potentially upfront payment requirements or credit insurance. It is recommended to proceed with caution and implement strict credit control measures to mitigate financial exposure.
