Company Review

Trend Analysis

DENSO MANUFACTURING UK LTD. demonstrates an average payment time of 33 days, with a majority (51%) of invoices settled within 30 days, indicating a generally prompt payment habit. However, a significant 44% of payments extend into the 31-60 day bracket, suggesting suppliers should anticipate that nearly half of invoices may take slightly longer than standard 30-day terms.

Volatility Analysis

The company exhibits low payment volatility, with only 5% of payments exceeding 60 days and an impressively low 3% classified as late. This consistency provides high predictability for suppliers, as the risk of extreme delays or default appears minimal. While a portion of payments fall just outside the 30-day window, this behavior is consistent rather than sporadic, reducing unexpected cash flow disruptions.

Summary Analysis

DENSO MANUFACTURING UK LTD. presents a reliable payment partner with a strong overall payment profile, ensuring most suppliers receive payment within 30-60 days. Suppliers should factor the 33-day average and the 44% probability of payments falling into the 31-60 day period into their cash flow forecasting. No specific risk mitigation beyond routine credit management is recommended due to the low late payment rate.
