All suppliers have our accounts payable email address to raise any concern. If a supplier have any dispute to resolve the first instance they will contact the accounts payable team directly. If the dispute is not straight forward to resolve it will be escalated to the more senior members of the Finance team or the relevant contact within the business. Stock suppliers will normally contact our Buying and Merchandising team who normally looks after those accounts.
