Standard payment terms
Lamex does not enforce its own payment terms. Payments are generally paid to the terms required by the supplier, or negotiated with the supplier, subject to the type of supply, normally within the range stated above. If no terms are stipulated in the supplier contract or invoice then default terms of 30 days are used on the Supplier master data. Payments are made on the next electronic transfer payment run following the expiry of the term days.

Invoices are processed on receipt and matched with Purchase Orders. If there is a disagreement between Lamex and one of its suppliers, depending on the nature of the disagreement resolution will be sought by the commercial team responsible for supplier contracts or senior management. Any overhead invoice or any payment queries will be dealt with by the Accounts Payable team.
