Company Review
Trend Analysis
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS EUROPE LTD. exhibits a clear trend of settling the majority of invoices (65%) within the 31-60 day window, resulting in an average payment time of 54 days. While 23% are paid within 30 days, a significant 12% of payments extend beyond 60 days, indicating a consistent inclination towards longer payment cycles rather than rapid settlement.
Volatility Analysis
Payment reliability for this entity is moderate; while the largest segment (65%) falls predictably within 31-60 days, the 12% exceeding 60 days introduces variability for a supplier's cash flow forecasting. Despite these extended periods, the reported 0% late payments suggest that these longer durations may align with their agreed terms, but suppliers should nonetheless prepare for potential delays beyond typical 30-day expectations.
Summary Analysis
Overall, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS EUROPE LTD. is a client with predictable but generally extended payment terms, averaging 54 days. Suppliers should factor in the dominant 31-60 day cycle and the notable 12% of payments extending past 60 days when managing their working capital. Mitigate this by negotiating clear payment terms upfront and adjusting internal cash flow projections accordingly.
