Complaints are dealt with locally at each individual location within the Trust. Queries relating to the academies are handled by the school business managers whilst central queries are handled by the finance assistant. All efforts are made to amicably settle any disputes and ensure that payment is made within the contractual period. Should this not be possible, disputes are escalated to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
