Dispute Resolution Process
Invoices that are queried and notified to the supplier as in dispute as soon as possible and paid accordingly once resolved by the Academy concerned. As per our supplier guidance on payment procedures, if after 14 days they dispute with the individual Academy is unresolved, the supplier can re-direct the dispute tot eh Trust's central team for investigation.
