Standard payment terms
Unless otherwise stated in the Order, TGAT shall pay the Price of Goods and the Services within 30 days after receipt by TGAT of a proper invoice or, if later, after acceptance of the Goods or Services in question by TGAT. Each invoice shall be in arrears of the service being performed or goods received. Each invoice shall contain the particulars required by statute in respect of VAT, the PO number and any other particulars agreed with the supplier and shall be sent to the address notified to the supplier. The Trust reserves the right to refuse payment of part or all of any invoice which is not submitted in accordance with these conditions.
