Trend Analysis
RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL UK LIMITED exhibits an average payment time of 40 days, with a clear trend of 63% of invoices being settled within 30 days, indicating efficiency for the majority. However, a consistent 37% of payments are late, with 33% falling into the 31-60 day bracket and 4% extending beyond 60 days, suggesting a predictable segment of delayed payments.
Volatility Analysis
The 37% late payment rate introduces moderate volatility, meaning suppliers cannot reliably expect all invoices to be paid within a standard 30-day term. The 4% of payments exceeding 60 days represents a higher risk of significant cash flow disruption for those specific invoices, impacting overall predictability despite a generally strong on-time performance.
Summary Analysis
Overall, RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL UK LIMITED presents a mixed payment profile, with a strong core of prompt payments balanced by a consistent proportion of delays. Suppliers should account for the potential impact of 37% late payments, particularly the 4% over 60 days, on their working capital and credit risk assessment. Mitigation strategies could include establishing clear payment terms, diligent invoice monitoring, and potentially negotiating partial upfront payments for larger engagements.
