Company Review

Trend Analysis

BABCOCK COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED exhibits a generally prompt payment trend, consistently settling invoices with an average payment time of 21 days. This indicates a strong trajectory towards timely payments, as 77% of invoices are paid within a standard 30-day term.

Volatility Analysis

Despite a high percentage of prompt payments, the 21% of invoices paid between 31-60 days and 2% over 60 days indicate some payment volatility. The overall 13% late payment rate suggests occasional, albeit minor, unpredictability, which suppliers should factor into cash flow planning.

Summary Analysis

Overall, BABCOCK COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED presents a largely favorable payment risk profile, with most invoices settled promptly. Suppliers should, however, account for the 13% late payment rate and potential for minor delays by establishing clear payment terms and actively monitoring their receivables.
