1. Disputes are first received by the Purchase Ledger Clerk who seeks to resolve the issue in conjunction with the Manager who placed the order. 2. Disputes which cannot be resolved by the Purchase Ledger Clerk are escalated to the Head of Finance. 3. Disputes which cannot be resolved by the Head of Finance are escalated to the Finance Director. 4. Disputes which cannot be resolved by the Finance Director are escalated to the Chief Executive.
