Dispute Resolution Process
All shortages/delivery discrepancies are notified to suppliers within 48 hours of goods receipt. All invoice queries are logged on our internal invoice query system for resolution; these are reviewed on a daily basis. Suppliers are notified as soon as possible if an invoice has been placed in query. We have a generic e-mail address for any invoices/statements and payment enquiries, which is monitored by our purchase ledger department, which we encourage all of our suppliers to use: Purchase.Ledger@jena-uk.com
