This information is as reported by the business, and responses are in their own words.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms

It is the Company's policy to agree appropriate terms of payment with suppliers for each transaction or series of transactions, and to abide by those terms based on the timely submission of satisfactory invoices. The majority of suppliers are paid on 30 days terms.

Any other information about payment terms

During the reporting period the Company implemented in a new Enterprise Resource Planning system. While every effort was made to minimise the impact of the system improvement on the company's suppliers - including paying forward ahead of terms as applicable - there were slight transactional processing delays which has resulted in a marginal deterioration in the reported statistics for this period only. This is expected to improve in line with earlier reported periods when the Company submits its next return in July 2025.

Dispute Resolution Process

The Company is committed to dealing with its suppliers in a fair, honest and professional manner while seeking best value for the business. We seek to resolve queries as quickly as possible to everyone’s satisfaction prior to payment being made. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by our Accounts Payable team, it would escalated in the first instance to the relevant Manager to seek a resolution. For outstanding balance disputes, we collaborate with our suppliers to reconcile our accounts and seek to rectify any imbalances accordingly.
