Dispute Resolution Process
Accounts payable(AP) team will contact the person who placed the order. The person who placed the order must either rectify the situation or notify the supplier of the issue in writing. If the person who placed the order cannot be identified the AP team will go back to the supplier to request they provide a contact name. Escalation in disputes are addressed by the AP Superior, then the Transactions Services Manager and the Head of Financial Reporting who will intervene if disputes are still not being resolved in a timely manner.
