How to disconnect your account?

  1. Go to ‘My Account’ in your Payment Check dashboard.
  2. Click ‘Disconnect my account’.
  3. You should be directed to the homepage, which means your account had been successfully disconnected.

What happens if you click ‘Send email’?

In your Payment Check dashboard, each of your late invoices have been broken down with their interest and fees added on. By clicking ‘Send email’, you will be taken to an email template page so you are aware what email will be sent to your client that owes money.

Once you click ‘Confirm Send’ on the email template, an email will land in your client’s inbox showing how much they owe you.

What if you switch accounting software?

If you have changed you accounting software but had already set up an account with Payment Check then no need to worry! Simply disconnect your current account following the instructions above, and then set up a new account making sure to select your new accounting software on the connect form.
